Acceptance
By entering Aetheris, you accept this charter in full. The sanctuary is offered on these terms, and no others.
The Nature of the Service
Aetheris is an anticipatory wellness companion. It composes protocols, audio, and reflections to support focus, calm, and rest. It is not a medical device, and it does not replace the counsel of a licensed professional.
Membership & Billing
Membership is by invitation and subscription, annual only. Two tiers are offered: The Sanctuary ($399/year) and The Private Atelier ($2,388/year). Fees are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the close of the paid period.
What Is Yours
Your reflections, your voice, and your data remain yours. We hold them in trust under the Covenant of Sovereign Privacy, and return or dissolve them at your direction.
Conduct Within the Sanctuary
The sanctuary is a private place. Reverse engineering, cloning, redistribution, or any attempt to extract or reproduce the platform is prohibited and will result in immediate withdrawal of invitation.
Termination
Either party may end the arrangement. You may dissolve your presence at will. We reserve the right to withdraw invitation where conduct compromises the sanctuary or its members.
Limitation of Liability
Aetheris is provided as a sanctuary of support, not a guarantee of outcome. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding term.
Amendments
This charter may evolve. Material changes will be communicated with care and in advance of taking effect. The sanctuary is found at aetheris.luxernn.com.
