Wellness Data Privacy
Aetheris is a private wellness sanctuary. The personal inputs you provide — chronotype, voice notes, journal entries, and self-reported mood — are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is never sold, never shared with third parties for advertising, and is accessible only to you.
Cortisol Tracking Data
The Cortisol Shield models your predicted cortisol curve from inputs such as sleep timing, calendar stress, and self-reported stress levels. These predictions are wellness estimates, not clinical measurements. The underlying inputs and the derived curve are stored privately within your sanctuary and used solely to recommend daily interventions.
Somatic Session Data
Records of your somatic sessions — including session type, duration, resonance frequency, and any notes you log — are stored to refine your daily blueprint. This telemetry is encrypted and used only to personalize your experience.
Data Retention
We retain your wellness data for the life of your membership. If you cancel, your data is kept for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently erased. You may request full deletion at any time, and we will purge your records within 14 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, export it, correct it, and request its complete erasure. Because Aetheris is not medical software, your data is never used to diagnose or treat any condition. To exercise any right, contact us through your sanctuary settings.
